Here is how the job went 1) Our company did the job in question in 11/2days 2) The job was done Shirley said "we love the job you guys are great" 3) The job was cleaned up by our cleanup service company the same day 4 We left a cardboard box 4"X 3" that had a couple of pieces of flashing in it. All "roofing debris" was gone Mr ---- said "no problem Ill throw it trash can" 5) The job had a building permit and passed with flying colors 6) The warranties which are free to my company were sent twice. she called my home and yelled/cursed at my wife. Mrs Cooper has some problems 7) they had rotting plywood on roof which was discovered after we opened the roof we charged her "our cost" which was written on original contract.Only after a threat of a lawsuit did she change her commnents "the job is just fine" Shirley is one of these sick individuals who hides behind her first name only. My company has been approved by state/county to do work . We have the highest certifications from manufacturers. My law firm is in the process of filing a lawsuit

After a lot of stress, I received my warranty. I have never had a problem with the work done on the roof. The work was done quickly, the roof was fixed and passed inspection. I need to just end this matter and let it go.

I had received my warranty in March 2006. For the record, the work done on the roof was just fine. I never had a problem with the work. I only wanted my paperwork. Once I finally received the warranty, I considered the matter closed. Please remove my complaint.
