Petro-Deblois takes your money, signs you up without permission, then refuses to admit guilt Ripoff Woonsocket Rhode Island
I was a Petro customer and my contract runs until December 22, 2005. I get this letter the other day telling me that I renewed my contract, at a higher rate, and if I end my contract before November 2006, I will have to pay a $299 fine!
I never agreed to any of this but they claim they have it all recorded. I am dying to hear this recording because it definitely ain't me. Don't know what kind of crap they are trying to pull but it won't work here.
Then I called and the bimbo who answered the phone Melanie said that they weren't going to give me anything back because I am not on a Service Plan, I just signed a Contract. WTF!!!
If I don't get my money by the end of December, I am goint to the DA's office, Help me Hank, Better Businees Bureau, you know it! This is crap. All this over me paying them more than what they provided?
Why would I agree to a deal that would have me paying until November 2006 when I am moving out of my apartment February 1st. Makes a lot of sense eh Petro?
Petro best give me my money!!!

I got a letter from Petro-Deblois the other day telling me that I had signed onto a contract ending November 2006 and if I withdrew from this contract early, I would be fined $299! They owe me $333.33 for overpayment of my current contract that ends December 22, 2005.
I never signed, agreed to any contract with these people. Why would I agree to such and I am moving from my current apartment February 1, 2006?
I called to dispute the letter and Melanie told me that I was not going to be reimbursed because I was not on a Service Plan or contract..
All I want is my money and for whoever thought it amusing to sign me up for another year to realize that this is not a joke and I would like my money returned by December 31, 2005.
