I am very disappointed with my recent experience with your company’s.



On 11/30/14, ordered Napoli design for the following:

32 Piece Dinnerware Set

3 each Oval Vegetable Bowl - (12-15-14 rcvd email on B/O)

Salt & Pepper Set – Received broken

Hostess Set

Pitcher

 

Received confirmation stating order would ship within 48 hours.  Received shipping confirmation dated 12/5/14, beyond the 48 hours stated on confirmation.  You state delay due to Black Friday & Cyber Monday.  Amazon, HSN, Kohl’s and QVC had no problems delivering their orders.

 

Emailed 12/12/14 to inform package still not received.  No response. 

Emailed 12/14/14. No response.

 

Called 12/15/14 gave my name, and order number, was placed on hold 15 minutes then call was disconnected.  Called again, gave name and order number explained order not received, was placed on hold briefly then call disconnected.  My Caller ID log verifies calls and times.   I’ve taken tracking number to local UPS station and reported also.  UPS stated package may have been lost.

 

I paid $199.72 for these items and these items were for a wedding shower gift. The only items received were the Salt & Pepper set and they were received broken. I should have read customer comments as it seems very few customers are happy with Pfaltzgraff and their products.

 

If credit to my credit card is not received within 48 hours from date of letter, I will direct my credit card company to issue a chargeback, I will report this incident to the Better Business Bureau and state and federal consumer agencies, as well as consumer advocacy blogs and I will forward to my attorney.
