I went online and found at that time Medsonline.com. I placed my order and a confirmation was emailed to me with a 7 - 14 day delivery time. When that time came and went I went online to their Live Chat line and the girl told me it's been running more like 21 days. That time came and went and she said "Oh I mean business days". Well that came and went and she said " You will have to check with our Instant Response Center"

Now that I've said that ....I will tell you that there is NO INSTANT RESPONSE CENTER! They will give you directions on how to find this on their website, but no matter how hard you try it's just not there. When I looked and couldn't find it I had other people try to do it and still it's not just me . IT'S NOT THERE! But they will tell you over and over that it does. NOT TRUE!

By doing all this they just string you along and it's always another week. Take for instance I had the girl on the Live Chat do a trace/track on my package. She said it's going to take a week and get back with her on Monday. Monday comes and she's on vacation for 6 weeks and the girl filling in can't access her records. What the?

That's bizarre...I've done tracking before it doesn't take that long and why would she not have access to something one of her coworkers did for a customer especially if she was on vacation. So I tell this girl to do another one and she says ....she can't access my account. Now I have to wonder what the heck is she there for????? She serves no purpose other than to string you along and to tell you that you need to speak with the INSTANT RESPONSE CENTER. It doesn't exist.

It gets better....they change names from Medsonline to PharmaPreferred....I don't know why but it sound fishy to me. They sent me an email to let me know , but something isn't right. The girl in live chat says I need to speak with the instant response center and I've told her I can't get to it and have them email me to my email address and they can't do it. But they can email to let me know the name change ....they are just simply not willing to help me. It's incredible the horrible customer service I'm getting.

I've disputed the charges (296.00) with my bank checking account and they sound confident that I will get it back but as of now ....I'm out almost 300.00 and I have no RX to show for it. And bottom line ....they don't care.
