Phil Cousineau AVOID- Liar, Theif, Corrupt, Dishonest Clearwater, Florida
I was married to Phil Cousineau. He stole all our marital assests. I am the half owner of all real estate business/appraising business Mr Cousineu conducts. He has yet to reimbuse me for these assests. Mr Cousineau is a thief, liar, corrupt, and Dishonest.
Please use another realtor, there are lots of them in Clearwater/St Petersburg area that are much more honest and trustworthy.
Phil...you FAILED the state real estate exam 4 TIMES, if it was not for ME you would NEVER have passed the state exam and gotten your Real Estate License. You NEVER never would have gone on to get ANY other Real Estate Licenses- you are an ungreatful piece of s**t- YOU OWE ME BIG TIME---Evertything you are you owe me- you are a liar, thief, and VERY dishonest... RETURN THE MONIES you have coveted from me. If you are any bit "Christain" you have earned your spot in hell...you might want to divert some of your corrupt monies back to the person who they deserve to go to.
ANY good Christian will NOT use Mr. Cousineau's services- he will gladly take you to hell with him...
Do not use Phil Cousineau Real Estate services until he rights this ILLEGAL wrong... Tell some more lies Phil....

Phil Cousineau is still corrupt and deceitful...BEWARE...DO NOT use Countywide Appraisal for any business deals...Phil is untrustworthy, a liar, a theif, and total SCUM...he only knows how to cheat people out of their money. He is a lying business man and even steals from his friends.
He has still not made good the grand theft he committed against his first wife....he has stolen the marital assests and helped to file forged/fake documentation to steal what was not his. he is unable to tell the truth.BEWARE...he will steal from you. Find a different Real estate company to use, please.
There is a trail of hurt people who Phil lied to and deceived. And as far as his ability to appraise honestly....that is debateable.
HE had an affair with one of his appraisers and then she dumped him, he fired one of his best friends, he fired his office manager because she knew he was cheating on his second wife- the office manager did not want to hurt another "innocent" (the second wife was the s*** who slept with phil when he was still married, so I guess she got what she deserved)person (the office manager covered for Phil and lied to his first wife, which the office manager did not want to do but phil threatened her job then too). Phil does not know how to tell the truth.
He's had his license to practice APPRAISING suspended TWICE (2 times)- the last time it should have been REVOKED but the board was not aware he broke the conditions of the first suspension.
Have I said how immoral he is????? He has no remorse for anything he has done and all the people he has hurt. He TRICKED his second wife into getting pregnant and lied to her about the relationship he was in with his present wife...If the second wife only knew the truth about phil just wanting to marry into her family's money..he has been known to say that he always felt bad about having sex with his second wife because they liked to wrestle before having sex , Phil stated he would feel like he was having sex with a man because she was stronger than he was.
Phil also forgot to tell his 2nd wife that he stole naked pictures of his first wife and he gets more pleasure out of the stolen pictures than his second wife. The truth hurts, I hope.
Phil you are lying, cheating, Scum.
