Three months ago i purchased Apple iphones from a Mr Philip Anderson from Middlesex in the UK with whom i had dealt with in the past. I sent the money via bank transfer due to the what i thought was a good relationship we had.
After one month I was suspicious as to why the phones had not been delivered, his excuse was his supplier had run out at this time. I told him to refund the money and then it became excuse after excuse. I filed a report with the bank but they can do nothing. I have a copy below of an email he sent me with another excuse as to why i still have not got my money.
"I have just checked my account last night and the bloody money has come back into my account last Wednesday!!! What the h*ll is going on? This is the 2nd time the money has bounced back!!! Are you giving me the correct details? I called my bank and they said that it may have returned because of the IBAN number not bein right. I can't rmember if you sent me an IBAN number! You need to send me the IBAN number for me to make international payments.
I am also going to send the money back to my partners account as that's where you sent the money in the 1st place and she told me she got a letter 2 weeks ago saying that the money needed to be returned to your account from her account! She wants me to send it to her so she can send it back to you as she don't want any problems occuring with her bank! I don't blame her and her accountant advised her to send it back to you from her account anyway. Make sure you send me the correct details again but I need the IBAN number as that is the more important one! I am still not back but I can deal with it asap if you send me the correct details. I'm already sending it to my partner now meanwhile."
That is from Philip Anderson. After 3 more weeks of calling his numbers continuously and sending emails and sms he has still avoided me and I have had enough. If anyone else has had problems with him let me know and if anyone is in Middlesex that could help please let me know.
