Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I am giving some sound advice to people who are considering this agency. Byron the previous complainer is right. Thank God I read reviews and did my research before getting in to deep. A couple of week ago I put in for Phoenix Talent Agency 2 1/2 weeks later I get a call from Orlando saying he wants me in for interview. At first I thought man this is great but its that easy huh? Well 6 days later I go in for the interview and I check in and I see college kid in shorts and a T-shirt, cone on now show some professionalism.

First off my photos weren't good enough and they were professionally done. I paid money to have them done. He than goes on tell me that I need to pay 159 dollars for a website a year, That was a red flag the next red flag is you sign up through us you get a discount. I get home send him better picturs via email he never responds and hasn't yet, to me he can't be that busy because there were no phones ringing and very few people were there for them to be busy.

This morning I did my research and got my information that I need 1) This agency is not part of SAG-AFRA I also noticed they closed down once why was that? I ask myself its because My hunch they had to refine the scam. I also found out this morning that NO legit agency ever asks for money for services, a website, professional photos to be done. I also learned if you are paying upfront to a website run for the woods. Also I always believed and found this to be true an Agent client relationship is a business partnership The agent doesn't make comission off of you paying out of pocket we are in the industry to make money not to lose and pay money to be represented.

Logically its your agents job ot book you the meetings, auditions, etc.. Not make you sign up and pay fee to help your chances, thats a red flag to me. When I was there I didn't hear a lot of phones or action I saw nothing that showed this was a busy place. Other reviews talk positive about it, my belief to them is how much did you fork out to get there. I feel sorry for the people that have paid a lot of money and are not finding work. I don't trust this place and I am cutting ties with them. Thankfully I only lost a little bit of money to send the photos. I am moving on and my best advice with this one is do your research before running for the woods.
