I ordered a Canon EOS Rebel T1 SLR digital camera from the online store. I have two issues.
1. In a phone conversation with the store agent, I was told that the battery that came with the camera was only a 30 minute battery and that I would need to purchase a special 4 hours battery and rapid charger to really use the camera. I followed their advice. The battery and charger that came with the camera however are standard. I have since learned from Canon that all the standard battery that comes with the camera is a four hour battery and rapid charger. Hence there was no need to pay extra.
2. I ordered a Merkury Innovations DVC16 Padded Camera Bag for 34 dollars. This is now however the bag that I received. I received instead a Zeikos bag that sells for 8 to 9 dollars on the Internet. I called to store to complain and ask for the other bag but they claimed the bag they sent is the "Better bag." Apparently, Merkury Innovations no longer makes the camera bag. I have since found several similar complaints concerning photo video store's "bait and switch tactics" see for example:
