I understand "fine print" is a factor here and I claim responsibility for reading through the site before making a purchase. However, I expressed my dissatisfaction regarding the trial product early on and was not allowed to speak to a skin care expert about my allergic reaction nor was I allowed to send the product back so that I would not be charged in the end. At this point I felt forced to continue with a product that was harmful to my skin. My rash was checked by my dermatologist who advised me not to continue with the product.
I called customer service back again to insist that I be allowed to return the product due to my negative reaction and was again told that I should continue with it another week. That is not an option for me. In the meantime they charged me for both the products which I discovered when checking my bank account. The total for the eye product and face product are around $85.00 per item. Too expensive for a product I can not use. What a waste. I wish customer service was not so pushy, worked with their customers, did not charge without consent (I was told I had until the 16th to call in and not be charged, but they charged my ON the 16th)
Costumer service talked over me. Would not let me have my say. I tried raising my voice louder so that I could interrupt the script the representative was reading off non-stop. She threatened to end the call. The only offer she gave me was a discount (return of a percentage of the charge for trying the product another week) I can not. I insisted that I send the product back with a note from my dr. and a picture of my face. That would mean she would have to go through another process which did not include returning my money.I did manage to cancel my membership in the end. Waiting for my confirmation email.
