Ordered "Quick and Simple German" CD's The Pimsleur Approach 11/2/13. It was recieved and in good shape. I had no further contact with Stroll or Pimsleur of any type. In March 2014 I recieved the "Advanced version" of the "Gold Edition". In April, 2014 I revieve a a bill via US Mail asking for my new credit card number for payment of $384.00 for this material I never ordered.
They even said "We attempted to charge your credit cardfor the Pimsleur Approach language learning CD order. Unfortunately, the payment was unsuccessful."
They gave me the e-mail address to pay online but it dosen't responde. My next step will be to call the Better Buisness Bureau in Phildelphia, PA.
