I believed it and gave them my credit card # for 2 languages. What followed was Pimsleur charged me hundreds of dollars for itemS I didn't order. I asked for return, but they told me to pay for packing and shipping fee. So customers are responsible to pay for shipping and handling for however number of items Pimsleur send?????!!!!! The only way not to pay for the items is to BUY the items? They is no choice for a customer not to spend money they didn't want then! WHAT A SCAM. Don't ever touch Pimsleur Approach to learn a language. There are better materials.
