Pinnacle Entertainment Group Aka Let's Dance Productions Aka Global Travel ripoff, no show, NO REFUND given, bad company, SCAM, FRAUD Liberty South Carolina
My wife and I scheduled them for DJ & Videographer services for our wedding. Fifteen minutes before the wedding they were still not there.
We had to call them! only to find out that they were not going to show up because "their equipment didn't arrive." Diana Willis told us that we would be refunded in full the day after the event (we even have this on an email)
To date no refund has been received. The contract they have you sign makes you pay in full and does not indicate that your refund will not be given back if they do not show up. The refund is owed per their own contract!
There are 3 people that work for this company. Diana Willis, David V Thomas & some guy named Barry that just screams at you when you have a question or try and resolve an issue professionally. The only other name I got was Andrew who is supposed to be their controller.
I contacted them continuously for three weeks and was given the "run-around" by Barry.
Barry told me to contact a lawyer (which I would love to do), but they don't even have an address to find them. If you search for their addresses or phone numbers on-line they are either disconnected or gone.
This is a ghost company. They will not refund your money and have no intention of showing up. This is fraud and theft. They should be pursued.
Also, Modern Bride magazine should not be read by any engaged couples or people trying to find help for their wedding. Modern Bride advertises for these people!!
