My spouse and I have been trying to purchase a home since July of 2002 and Pinnancle is the financial company. We have been taking to get everything done.Everything was done and finalized.

Our closing date was March 26, 2003 and on March 25th @ 2:00 pm the processor call to tell me that the expiration on the contract was for March 1, 2003 and the underwrite sign off on the contract on March 6, 2003.NOw we have to go back threw the process again.

I feel that the bussiness was not handle in a proper matter.

Marcia, I'm sorry but after reading your comments I had to respond. You wrote: -------------------------- "We have been taking to get everything done" - I can't translate this. "the processor call to tell me" - CALLED "the underwrite sign off" - THE UNDERWRITER SIGNED OFF. "Bussiness" - BUSINESS "NOw we have to go back threw the process again." - Threw? You mean "through" "was not handle" - WAS NOT HANDLED "was not handle in a proper MATTER" ?? - Was not handled in a proper MANNER. --------------------------- Marcia, Just from what I've read, you don't seem to pay much attention to detail. Pinnacle Financial (Orlando-Thanks Glenn!) worked for me when I purchased my 1st home. Thank God that they knew what they were doing because I sure didn't. If there was an obstacle that prevented me from closing, they were on the phone right away to let me know. 3 days before we closed, my broker called me raising hell because the real estate agent was about to blow the deal. Their service was prompt and excellent. I just happened to stay on top of any issues that they told me about, corrected them and closing did happen according to plan. I called them whenever I was nervous and made sure that nothing slipped through the cracks. I knew within an hour when my underwriter signed off. No question that I asked was too dumb for my broker, he knew I was green but I didn't care. I asked him, "What's the next step? What could go wrong if it were to go wrong? Is there anything else I can do to make sure this sale goes through?". He was extremely patient with all my questions. If I had not corrected anything that they told me about, which could have been a potential problem then I would not have closed. That's not their fault. Just my 2 cents. Good luck in the future.
