Pioneer Credit Recovery or PCR Inc, is a illegal debt collection agency.
These are one of those scams who try to collect on invalid debts from 10+ years ago, debts that have been listed on Bankruptcy petitions, Debts that you never even incurred to begin with.
They call every 15 minutes around the clock, regardless of time or that they have received 3 certified cease and desist letters already.
They will call people with the same last name as you and tell them they are looking for you and go on to discuss what type of debt they are accusing you of having.
They also lie at first and say they are calling about insurance quotes, but what they are really doing is trying to find out if you are the one they are stalking.
Caryn L. Benton is the ring leader of this circus train, she also works for the corrupt Sallie Mae division.
