This place is the worst!!! THERE IS NO RELAXING TO BE HAD HERE!!!They have a girl named Lacey there who is the manager who is very rude and for the most part you can only understand every other word she is saying because she is mumbling the entire time. There is another older lady that works there like 50ish with blond hair named Kristen that is emotionally unstable and I always hear the two talking bad about other customers who are there behind their backs. Whenever you make an appointment there be warned they always schedule someone at the same time as you so a lot of times you are left standing in the hallway in just a thin white bathrobe with no one around to help you. If you are into the Mystic tanning the two females always mess up which color to put in the machine I always used medium and its even posted on my account and they know which one you use cause you go in every week but they sneak in a clear spray because I think the owner is desperate and would rather steal from the customers just so they can get by. My friends have also quit or switched over to the Stockton salon because this salon has taken drafted money without permission that doesn't belong to them and continually messes up your account. I switched over to the Stockton one about 4 months ago and If I were you I would go to that one the customer service is great and they are so nice there.
