Attempted to hire with Northrop's temp-to-hire contract.Instead I was put on hold indefinetly.

I was sent to a teleconference call of a 'training session' that could have been gone over in about 2 hours. It took six.I didn't have what I needed THEN.That was on the 1st.My start date was supposedly the 8th.

I was not given the resources necessary to do my job.THREE weeks later, WELL up and BEYOND the 8th, I have everything but database access to what I need.Despite numerous contacts, emails, etc. from both my direct boss, who works the NG side of things, and myself, I STILL do not have what I need to do my job.

Now I'm being told that I'm fired and don't know how to write an email.Despite the fact that my boss at the office DID NOT provide access to the database he is in charge of to me, and therefore not allowing me to utilize the tools I needed to do my job, nevermind, EFFICIENTLY, which, in the IT world these days is CRITICAL.There is NO room for error.

I'm counter suing for breach of contract and improper termination.Whoever wishes to join me, DO SO.I am attempting to have NG pull the contract from this company for failure to follow proper procedures on thier account. This is a statewide contract with the commonwealth.NG takes thier accounts VERY seriously.

This company is a sham.If you are working for them, find another. If you are not, don't bother, go straight to NG.I have local contacts for the Roanoke area if you need them. These are honest techs with an honest company, of which, PlanIT is NOT.

I will not remove or rescind this statement.

Its only been in business for two years. Formerly datalinecs.com. Formerly before that dataline, inc, a FAILED military contractor. Now, they have a Northrop subcontract? I DONT THINK they deserve it.Thier form based mail system I could write in my sleep, and I do a LOT of programming as of late.
