Puerto Bahia is a timeshare scam and now they have sold their customer information to
a company that goes by the name of Platinum Legacy Escrow.
They called stating that they were trying to "buy" the timeshare back from us because they oversold. When in reality we were scammed out of thousands and have never received a thing. They stated they had our contracts and would buy the timeshare off of us.
They sent a contract stating they would give us around $20k...once we signed it...of course in the agreement it says we have to pay them maintanence fees of $2k....yeah right...
Beware of these people! They are trying to seem legit but are not...the lady who calls goes by many names including Julianne Richards. They have a website thats based in Australia and a fake mailing address in Los Angeles.
