On Feb 8,2006 I purchased a 1 year subscription for a short URL with Platinum Synergy Group Inc.(through paypal) The subscription was for Feb 8 2006 to Feb 8th 2007. On Feb 8th 2007,I called the company (only ONE number listed) and spoke with a lady by the name of Henriette. I tried to cancel the subscription for the second year, but of course they already charged me for the SECOND year subscription...THAT SAME DAY. She refused to give me the $45 dollars back . I already paid for my one year and did not go one day past that date to warrant making me pay for another year subscription. I can see if it was Feb 9th or past.

When I expressed my disagreement, she hung up on me. When I called her back I asked to speak to her supervisor,at first she refused, then she FINALLY put me on hold. About 5 min later she came back and said there was no one available to speak with me at that time. (She was very sarcastic). I asked what her supervisors name was and after playing games with me,she said that SHE was the supervisor so there is no one else I can speak with! I asked who owned the company and she refused to tell me. I asked who else was above her and she said no one...she was in charge and makes all the decisions. I asked what her name was and how to spell it. At first she wouldnt tell me. She kept laughing at me like it was all a game and she was enjoying every bit of it.

There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to speak to besides that one lady Henriette. I threatened to google the company and find the President of the company and she told me to go ahead and try it. After I hung up, I did just that. I found the presidents/CEO name and started to send him a email when this Henriette sent me an very rude email saying that after speaking to her supervisors (the ones she didnt have 10 min ago) they decided to give my money back. Then she preceded to say in the email that I had a bad attitude and lack of respect! Go figure....

HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!!! I would never deal with this company again.
