Kevin Olinger will work with you until he has your money. You pay and he is gone. Google his name and playaction customs, numerous reports will come up- including tax delinquency's. If he gets your money IMMEDIATELY file with paypal within the 45 days. The Cornelius Police Department has opened an active file on this individual and is looking for more victims to come forward to proceed with felony charges of internet fraud. If you are a victim please contact the Cornelius NC Police Department. He tries to tell people and the authorities its a custom project that takes time. I had a figure completed by another individual in 7 days. It has now been 4 months with Kevin Olinger. He refuses to return my $110. I am now taking EVERY measure to ensure this doesn't happen to more individuals.
