Unfortunately, even though William has provided several of our phone numbers here, he has never once called us regarding his issue above. If he had he would have found out that he had joined our MyComputerClub membership in March of 2002. This sign up was over the telephone with a live representative and was recorded as well. he was aware at the time of joining that our membrships automatically renew unless canceled. He was also aware at that time that we offere refunds for those that cancel our service. Instead he filed a dispute with his bank and put it in their hands for any refund. To this day William has never called in about the situation. I hope he does, maybe I can refresh his memory or play the recording for him Corey Gautereaux Manager, PVC, Inc.
