The apartment manager Chassidy is a liar and lazy. She sits in the office and watches the caller ID and won't answer the phone to take complaints about the apartments. Chrystal the leasing representative is just as bad she's lazy and a uneducated gossiping individual.
The front door was broken all winter long and wouldn't lock over the whole winter. We complained and they kept passing the buck as to who responsibility it was to put in a work order.
The apartment is set up with the utilities are split equally among the six tenants. This is such an unfair practice certain tenants have four or more people living in there apartment running the water flushing the toilet and you pay for it,the hallway lights & the basements lights you pay for, there isn't a metor for the owners to pay for this usage. the water in the basement for the laundry you pay for they call it community... Meaning its split among the tenants. even if you never wash your clothing in the building you pay the water bill equally.. They say it's divided according to how many people live in your unit... then when you tell them that other tenants have multiple people living in there unit they do nothing about it. In the summer your water bill goes up more because of the swimming pool. The utilities are outrageous.
A tenant brought bedbugs and we had to find out from the tenant. They tried to keep,it quite but it was 3 months before we found out. When they had her place exterminated I later found out they should of had the building exterminated... The spiders are bad because of the swimming pool. Maintenance and management are very poor.
Hartman & Tyner owns over 30 units please do your homework whatever you do don't rent from a Hartman & Tyner.
