To whom this may concern:

I am writing you this letter because no other method seems to be working. My wife and I went into this dealership, about a year and a half or so ago, to purchase a family friendly car when we found out we were expecting our daughter. We went into the dealership and met with a salesperson named Felson, who fortunately did not work their 2 days later or so the

dealership/management stated. We decided to go with the Ford Edge (great car) because it looked like fun and had some incredible features.

This is where the circus starts! We first sit with our salesperson Felson to "negotiate" the vehicle's sales price which he claimed was 4,000 above the sticker price on the window, we felt he could do better and he came down somewhat.

We filled out the initial paperwork and we waited patiently while the finance assistant manager Anna Quinones was coming up with "numbers" for us. While we were waiting the "store manager" Michael who is white and has a shaved head came to "congratulate us" and ushered us into the floor supervisors office to meet our salespersons supervisor, which at the time we thought "wow what great service" - where we ever so wrong!

Following a two minute conversation, we got a call from Anna that she was ready and we were escorted to her office. She informed us that she was going to give us a special plan for first time buyers that helped build our credit so we can purchase our first home, because at that point we have had so many in depth conversations that everyone knew our life goals and used them as a means to blind us into their game.

We then were handed a initial contract which showed our purchase price and interest rate of 11.65% which i said ok why is it so high when your sign says 4%. I was told that because we are first time buyers and we wanted to improve our credit to buy a home we would have to pay the 11.65% for the first 6 months and then they would lower our rates to the standard 4%. They also informed me that as a bonus i would receive a extended warranty from Ford that had a 5 year 50k mile coverage that i requested as a deal maker and i just recently found out that they charged me 2000.00 for a non ford warranty that only has 2 years 20k miles coverage (fraud). I thought ok i guess this is normal. Michael also agreed to make our first months payment ( to lock our payment ) and actually just deferred the loan for one month.

We then get ushered into the managers office with Michael (the bald guy) its a very lavish room with fish tanks and leather couches, we also left my wifes purse in "Felson's" office where he was going to watch it for us". Then Michael takes some time to review the deal with Anna they congratulate us and we get up to leave. When we get to Felson's office we find that the document is missing fro her purse and we search for it everywhere until we are rushed out because the location is closing.

They roll out our dirty car with oil stains on the inside and i requested to have that cleaned prior to us taking possession which they informed us that everyone left for the day. We were told to return after the weekend when we are having our Lojack installed and they would clean it for us. I also had a issue with the rear door not opening properly and they sent me to the "shop" next door where we are told its fine although the door requires two free hands and tremendous strength to open, i am 6'1 300lb and i have trouble opening the rear door, the lady from the service department whom i did not record her name but she was oriental or Japanese said she would have someone lube it up.

When we returned for the Lojack we were informed that the detailing was only for the day we purchase and they cannot give us a cleaning on a car they delivered filthy.

Well that was the beginning of my problems, they then scratched my car upon installation and i got a response of well we dont know if we did i can have someone buff it out - after waiting for four hours and noone available to buff it out i went to find my salesperson Felson who no longer works there WOW then we went to find Anna the loan person and what do you know she no longer is employeed by us. I tried to find the Michael the manager who was no available.

I tried calling this branch for weeks no response, left 26 messages and finally walked in where i waited for 2 more hours before being told that Michael was not coming in today.

Then i get my contract, which is now typed up not hand written, and has my wifes signatures in places we never signed, it shows my trade in for 2000$ less than we agreed upon and also has all types of surcharges including the price that Felson initially told us, not the price we agreed upon. The additional Ford warranty 5 year 50k was nowhere to be found.

I get my first bill from Wells Fargo - we were told Ford Motor Credit - and its a bill for 487.00 i said sweet heart we financed 20 something grand not a Mercedes. We found out that we were paying a car payment of 100 something dollars and 300 on interest. None to talk to and Wells Fargo said once we paid our first payment we bound ourselves into contract - which is for the full term and will NOT go down after 6 MONTHS as guaranteed by Ford . None works there anymore, and after threatening Michael with a lawsuit he stated that we are under "new management"!

I found out through my attorney that this has been owned and operated by the same two Russian's for numerous years who constantly change their filings for a clean slate or tax evasion.

I recently have brought my car into King Ford in Lynbrook, NY who informed us, after my wife is now suffering from back pain and other issues we were going to trade our car in, that the door is actually faulty and they ordered new springs - we have been waiting almost a year!

I guess that we got screwed and lied to which after reading ripoff report and filing with the BBB this appears to go on consistently at this location. I am giving Ford the initial opportunity to "make things right" and i don't mean give me a free car. In the event that Ford has their hands tied i will pursue every entity affiliated with these scumbags legally and publicly.
