I bought heart shaped tintanium necklace X 2, $70 total. Picture shown as advertised on website and face book is black detail etching, when I received my order it was a faint light etching that you can not see and looks nothing like their ad pictured. I contacted them and explained this and their reply was that I didnt order the silver necklace which is shown in their ad and that is why the detail is different. They are false advertising this product with no explanation that the etchings would be different in the 2 metals offered. They refuse to give me a refund because of this.
