Porn Tube Don't Get Involved With This 'Free' Scam Internet Internet
I, too, consider myself fairly savvy on the computer. However, I fell for this one. When I registered for their so called free site, I was very careful to make sure I unchecked any boxes for premium sites. Next thing I knew, I had been charged $45. When I called their customer service # we played a little game where they pretended to not be able to hear me. They could I'm sure, they just didn't want to deal with an irrate customer. I went to my bank and filed a complaint against the charges and also sent Porntube an email informing them I would report them to any and all consumer protection bureaus I could find. Two days later they credited my account with the $45.
I now have no dealings with any online site without first checking them out at ripoff reports. Thank you for this wonderful service. And to all of you other victims out there, get to your bank as soon as you are charged for something you didn't order. File an unauthorized withdrawal form and I'm sure most of the time, the company will drop the charge.
