Portrait Solutions , First Solutions Lies about voiding checks and then deposits them behind your back after you already paid in cash Chattanooga Tennessee
Portrait Solutions told me to write a check so I could make my order on the same day. The order was almost $300. So they told me to post date a check and come in a week prior to the date on the check and pay in cash and they would void out my check and I would get it back.
I went in a week prior to the date on the check and was told my check would be voided out and mailed to me. A week later my check was deposited and my account went delinquant this was 5 months ago now and I still have not been refunded the money that the company owes me. I have called repeatedly, sent out letters and faxes and it's been 3 months since I spoke with the "President" of the company last.
He has not returned any of my calls or replied to any of my letters or faxes. I have already reported him to the BBB which I found out they have a lot of complaints already that have gone unresolved. This company owes me money and I don't think I'm the only one that this has happend to.
The company seems to think that they can get away with this by simply acting as though nothing has happend.
