Rip-off Report did not provide any information to this attorney and, to our knowledge, there is no way that this attorney could have obtained IP addresses on the reports posted on Rip-off Report. Unless of course, he had contact with some "Medium" or someone with psychic powers, then I guess he might have that info. ...Rip-off Report staff ================================ My name is David C. Robinson, legal counsel for PosiGrip. We have recently become aware of libelous internet postings by unknown persons trying to besmirch the good name of my client and several other franchises and business opportunities. PosiGrip has launched a full investigation to determine the identity of the perpetrator or perpetrators, and preliminary findings indicate the same I.P. address in all but 1 case. Once the perpetrators have been determined, PosiGrip will spare no expense to prosecute them both civilly and criminally in Federal Court. PosiGrip has been in business for almost 20 years. We have been named as a "Top 500 Company" by Inc. Magazine and have been a member of the National Better Business Bureau for 15 years. This longevity would not have been possible without PosiGrip's wholehearted dedication to operator support and success. David C. Robinson Attorney at Law

Hey, I really don't know what all the bitchin is about. I worked for these guys for 3 years now. When I started, I did all the calling to BBB AG Chamber of Commerce other franchise owners, and then I waited 3 months, just to revisit them. All the while watching the information available. Then, I did it, sent in @ 12k, went through all the training. Bought all the chemicals necessary to begin, all the protective clothing and tools. Registered withy the city state county as a Licensed Hazardous Chemical Company. Hired 3 employees, hires a book keeping Company and started the process of advertising, (3k so far). So what is everyone bitchin about??? OH I know, the fines, the lost chemical due to bad mixing, insurance claims in my employees for burns and inhaled fumes. And that's if your lucky enough to get a contract for work. The promise of "We'll help you land your first 15 accounts, nice some yellow page listing of my town....nice. Leads the promised,,,,??? ok. What ever, I knew I didn't want to work for anyone so I knew I had to get off my a*s and do my own thing. BUT one thing, the level of support, the promise of accounts, the simplicity of the chemical mixtures, the lies of safety. The loss of income, ALL LIES.

I owned my PosiGrip business back in Australia for about a little over a year. I originally spoke to Mr. Greg Carr when they originally came to Australia. I think he was trained in the art of scamming from people in the states, because he had me good. Invested $14,000 USD I was trained half-a**ed because they were still unsure of the items. I ruined 2 pairs of jeans in training. When I began doing my business, I offered free work to a few clients to start things off with good press. Ruined 3 more slacks, 2 shirts, and 2 shoes. The smell from this Light blue clear liquid stuff (cr*p) was bad. Really bad, I deemed them as being hazardous. I did a bathroom for this family of 5, they charged me the money for the room the had to rent for 3 days till the smell went away. I had only 2 paying clients the rest of my time working my business. I called in and spoke to Hans de Zwart, he is Mr. Greg Carr's partner. I tried to talk to him about what I might be doing wrong. Seems he was as confused as I was. And just bout as clueless. Eventually they gave me the # to someone in the states, Gerry Mulholland, he offered me some help, but the bill to call him was outrageous, so I emailed him, only to get my emails back 2 days later. I was also given a # to Gary Robertson, the rep in Scotland .more unanswered emails. I tried and tried to run this business, but it was no chance. That stuff is nasty, stinks, burns, just a bad product. It is not very effective. I was told PosiGrip is guaranteed to remain non-slip for 2 years. Well, that is not true. I spoke to several people in the states who tell me the stuff actually only lasts a few months. That is the PosiGrip scam, then they make you buy their OVERPRICED stuff from them. If you do not, you get even worst support. I guess it lasts 2 years if you do it somewhere where no one walks. Now I want my money back. I left Australia, and I am still trying to get my money back, they are hiding behind a voicemail system. That is not fair. I want my money back.!!! Their address is Suite 2, 1 Albert Circuit Port Macquarie NSW 2444 (02) 6583-7896 o r 1 300 30 4747 [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] ***Here is something I read that I was not told: Good room ventilation is usually adequate for most operations. Must have adequate ventilation when working in confined spaces. So..That is what the family left the house for 3 days, maybe if I was told this earlier, I could have warned them. Saved myself a lot of money. ***more INHALED: Excessive inhalation of vapors can cause nasal and respiratory irritation. RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN from this d**n company.

I initially spoke with Greg Ohlinger over there at Posigrip and he helped steal my $11,000, him and I was told 12 month ROI. The product seems like it could be a good idea but most of the people I spoke #1 didn't like my prices, #2 didn't like the hazardous chemicals being used. I was able to get one person to buy in and I screwed up their floor so bad they wanted money back. The thing is I followed the directions to the letter, but the training just isn't what it should be. They send you out unprepared and as it turns out with inferior and harmful product.

I spoke to Greg Ohlinger at Posi-Grip when I was looking to begin my business. He sold me good. Basically told me after I invest about $11,000 and get the products into my possession, I could hire a guy or 2, and make some good money. Simple enough. They gave me people to call. The people I called were happy. I spoke to a man named Gerry Mulholland also. He also made me believe this business was good. And I cold make back my investment with about 10 jobs worth. I borrowed from my cousin and went to work. Took the training, tried to train someone I know and had them work for me. Well, needless to say (or I would not be writing on this board) the customers did not come a running. I had to get a part time job to scrape by. I still did not make any money., I did 3 houses, and made a few bucks to pay my employee, but I had to let him go after 3 months of inactivity. The stuff stunk to the high heavens anyway, and the few jobs I did alone, I ruined 2 pants, 3 shirts 1 pair of sneakers, and hasd very upset clients. Sadly, I called in to talk to Greg Ohlinger, but he never returned my phone calls. Then I tried the people I originally spoke tonope. They wont call me back either. I am beginning to think they were set up to lie to me. Mario Signorelli is the president I think, but his name is in the brochure, but he doesn't call back upset people. Either does any of the support team. I spoke to a man named Dan or Dennis. I forget, but he basically said, no refunds, go to worksorry. Now I am stuck. I have some of the stuff still. Some of it dried up in the bottle. I cant get a call back . Am I alone in this? What do I do from here?

I have recently moved to the States from Scotland. I was born in Illinois, but moved out of the country for my wife. Our families are from Scotland and she promised her mother that she would live there for a few years and see the country her grandmother grew up in. While I was there I got myself involved with Posigrip . I use to own an Auto body shop in Illinois when I was 21, an since I am pretty good with my hands, I figured what the hell, might as well give it a try. There's not much else to do in Scotland. I met with Gary Robertson, the rep in Scotland and he walked me though the whole system. It looks amazing. There were no negative aspects, except that I might have to hire someone, because in my area he told me there is no competition. Great selling point! Hard to say no to. I took about 3 months to really look through the information provided, and Gary even provided some names of franchise owners for me to talk to. I spoke to 3 of them and the stories were more or less the same. They were making money. Good money. 2 of the people quit their part time jobs in 7 months of working this business, the other was still part time but looking to move out to full time in about 2 months. So, I consulted with my wife, we spoke about the investment, not only the money but the time I would be putting in. We knew it would be a strain for a little while, but decided to spend the initial investment of 8,995about $15,000 USD at the time. That is a pretty penny, but if it workswe're looking at a while lot of (that's money to you and I). The training material that was supposed to be sent to me right after I paid my did not come for about 3 months. The initial training program included videos. I did not receive all the videos, so after calling in , 3 weeks later I received them. That right there should have been the red flag. There are supposed to be national training meetings held months, at least that was what Gary Robertson told me before I handed over my money, but once I came aboard, I was informed that the company decided that the meetings becoming a waste of time and canceled them. Ok, another red flag(that's 2 if you are counting) OK, training complete. I went to use the product as a test in my home. worked pretty good. Smalled bad, but worked. So I offered out my services to a local Pub, laid the non slip crap all over the bathroom, and the outside patio. The smell was awful! Burned my eyes like bleach! I laid that crap down and got the hell out of there. Ruined a good rugby s**t, and my favorite pair of jeans. The owner of the Pub called me the next day, apparently I didn't lay the stuff down correctly, and he asked me to come and clean up and re-do. I immediately called the 800 # and left a message for someone to get back to me. I obviously had no clue what I was doing there and needed a phone call. So I left a message...and another one about 3 hr's later. The next morning before I set out I made one last call for help. Nothing. No answer, only a voicemail. What a load of Bollocks! I went to the pub, re did the job...Learned that I needed a spill clean up kit.then learned that PosiGrip offers a spill clean up kit! How convenient! When I came back there was a quick call from support Sorry I missed you, drop me an email when you are back THAT WAS NO F**KING HELP AT ALL!!!!!!!! I went out marketing my business, but the Pub owner offered his opinion about me to a few of his friends. I was Sh*t out of luck! Nothing happening! I can't say I blame the guy, I like him, and I did do a sh*tty job. So I called in to support for marketing help....more of the same. Nothinig. I went out of the town we lived in and stirred up some business, then hired someone to work with me. (I mean honestly, that stuff smells like the living dead...drenched in bleach) We worked on a few other pubs, a restaurant, some tubs in an Inn, and about 9 homes within a 2 month period. Not bad...money was ok. Not what I expected, but I figured it's only a beginning. Then about 9 weeks after working on the Inn I received a call from the owner. The stuff was coming up like a layer of candle wax. They wanted their money back. Same with 5 out of the 9 homes I did. I had to GIVE THEM MONEY BACK! I called to talk to my initial rep, Gary Robertson for some assistance. Nothing. I called to the support line. Nothing. I finally called and left a message for the owner of the company stating I wanted my money back. Eventually a man named Jerry called me. American bloke I believe. I told him that I wanted out. I wanted my money back. Their support was crap, and the stuff didn't work. He told me to check the contract I signed, there is no chance of me getting anything back. He told me to go back to work. I decided to talk to a lawyer, and he looked over the contract. I didn't have much of a chance of getting out because of the way it is written. I was pissed! I threw the crap in the trash as easily as I threw the $15,000 to the company. We moved back to the states about 2 months ago. MOving on with my life, but I miss my $. I wrote this whole story so everyone will understand that this company is a scam, the product doesn't work. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!
