Powerball notified me by email that I was a winner randomly picked by my email.

Mr. Mark Gallagher "my online agent" told me to contact huskey despatch services to get my winnings delivered to me.

Mr. Richard Jones of huskey despatch first told me to send 480usd via western union to cover deliverie charges. So I did

He then said they could not get through customs in the U.S. and needed 1300usd for an anti-terrist certificate. So again I sent the money.

Then I got inpatent cause it was over a month and I still did not receive my winnings and I told him I was going to contact the proper authorties and turn him in on fraud.

I then notified a Dr. Bill Knight of the "gamingboard" and told him of my problems.

Then I received an email from Mr. Jones stating the gamingboard came to his office & said if he did not deliver my winnings by the 10th of this mon.they was going to turn him and his company in

He then stated the only way he could get me my winnings that fast was to do a bank transfer and that would cost 4200usd

I told him no I didn't have it and he was to come up with it on his own.

I received an email from his yesterday begging me to send anything I could to help and he had 3500usd because he will loose his job if he cannot get the transfer done

I told his sorry I still can not help but suggested he take a loan to get it done. and I have not checked my email to see if he has sent anything else.

You have won nothing. You will be receiving nothing. Ask yourself these questions. Did I ever enter this contest? If I had indeed won a legitamate contest, why would they notifiy me by email instead of, say, a registered letter? Why do I have to send them money to receive my winning? If you gave them your bank account information to "transfer" the funds to your account, close it now before they clean it out. Do not respond to any further communications with them.
