SCAM! Watch out!
You will get an email that says "Your youtube account was uploaded."  If you click on it, they spam your email account. It happened to my friend and I was sent an email that had four names of other people I knew that lived in the same region as me. Very tricky! With specific names that are tied to me through work, I thought it was not a scam.  I listened to the youtube commercial, sign-up for the software ($97) and then was flooded with emails that sell me things and a POWER SELLER COLLEGE calling me. They call you and say that they are responding to your purchase and have the product. But due to the overwhelming response, they need to screen me first. They ask you personal questions and then mislead you to a 2nd interview. Now interview means that they want to learn about YOU and the Interviewee is to sell themselves to Interviewer. Not with POWER SELLER COLLEGE.  They take all the time to sell themselves on you. If you give them 8K or more, they can guarantee you will successful. Follow their plan and they will coach you. You have to have them and invest in them. They desire for you to give them your credit info, etc. At the end, I asked the gentlemen a few questions while I searched blogs on them.  I first asked him where my product is.  He answered that they are a separate company. I told him that they did not identify themselves as that at the meet and greet stage.  Second, I asked him why I need software and coaching?  Ebay has all the information he quoted he will coach online for free.  Third, why is pitching me hard and trying to pressure me if he is suppose to choose me due to the limited availability.  He became frustrated and claimed that I do not understand.  No, I understand that he is a CON.  I told him I cannot invest in a company that is listed top 10 scams in America and has many complaints. To end the call, he started yelling at me, which I just clicked off the phone.  As you can see, very unprofessional, scam, etc.  My bank is taking care of the charge for the software, which does not exist and I filed a fraud report on them. When I told them the type of information that was being asked, they told me I was wise because that is a scam.

Tricky scam. This is the first time I have been scammed. It happens to everyone at one point! BEWARE!

The reason Mr. Butner and his Example Technologies (aka Power Seller College and Power Seller’s Center) filed suit against these two people for what they wrote in their complaints is because Power Seller College doesn't actually sell their ecommerce course. They have shady companies like VIP Team sell it for them. They claim to only receive a percentage of what these people charge for their course.

In my case, VIP charged me $8440 and PSC claims they only received $847 from that transaction. They even showed me the invoice where they billed VIP Team for my enrollment. You might wonder why VIP Team charges so much when they only pay PSC that small amount. I wondered that myself until I contacted the Attorney General of my state. His office wrote them a letter about my situation and that got VIP to offer me a $4200 refund. That would mean VIP made $3393 just for selling the lousy course, which is way more than they deserve.

I turned down their refund offer, otherwise I wouldn't be writing this comment. I would have had to sign a release saying I would never mention VIP Team or Power Seller College again. I could not do that and let them get away with $4200 of my hard earned money. You might think I'm a fool for not taking the $4200, that getting half your money back is better than nothing. But I'd rather pay the other $4200 and have the freedom to make comments and get the word out about these people and their unethical business practices. I really believe if I would have seen a comment like this I wouldn't have let them con me out of my money.

When I signed up for this course, the contract said you had three business days to look it over and you could cancel within those three days to receive a full refund. But, if you didn't cancel in three days, they wouldn't allow refunds for any reason and all sales are final. That makes a person think they are stuck with this program and the only way to recoup their money is to finish the course and make it work.

I finished about two thirds of the course only to realize how bogus it was. I never made any money using the information I received from PSC and their "instructors". The whole thing is a BIG ripoff. VIP Team took my hard earned money and when I found out what a bogus operation it was, they 'graciously' offered half my money back, but not until I got my state AG involved. So, I guess their contract claim that refunds would not be allowed for any reason was a big lie.

I want to keep as many people as possible from falling into the same trap I did. I'll be paying on this worthless 'investment' for quite some time and I intend to be a watchdog on these people for as long as it takes me to pay this mistake off.

I can't help but think there have been plenty of other people who have dealt with VIP Team and companies like them, that accepted their refund offer and signed the release forms. Otherwise, there would surely be a lot more complaints like these. I have a complaint on complaintsboard.com that tells my whole story. Just type in VIP TEAM for powerseller college. Be sure to read the comments at the bottom. They are very eye opening.

POWER SELLER COLLEGE??? JUST SAY NO!!! THEY'RE THIEVES!

About seven months ago I was online and received an email stating I could make around $4000-5000 working from home. So I went on the website and looked at it. It seemed alright to me. I wanted to have my own home based business and thought it was a good time to jump on the opportunity to do so.

I received a call shortly after I inputted my information from Power Seller College. Promising the whole kit and caboodle. They were going to setup a custom personalized website for me and provide all the software I would need to start earning money. I would also receive coaching sessions from one of their HIGHLY experienced staff that make thousands DAILY. He threw out the bait and ignorantly I bit. I paid Power Seller College $8,600 for Option A, which was supposed to give me the maximum potential to earn business. However, when I looked at my account they charged online, it said another name completely.Members Learning Source. Why would it come up as another name if they were a legitimate company??

I have never received and ACTUAL coaching. I have been given the run around when I call them to try and speak to my coach personally. I am directed to a website that doesnt tell me anything that I didnt already know.

I tried contacting them to get my money back since they never provided me with anything they said they were going to. I again was given the run around. Finally, I had had enough and called to speak to a supervisor. When they answered the phone he again promised me that things would be taken care of and that I would just need to stick it out a little bit more. They had been having some difficulties on the server and they were busy correcting it. So I did. Still to this day nothing has been done to setup my business. I WAS SCAMMED BY THESE NO GOOD THEIVES!!!

I have contacted them so many times and have gotten nowhere. So I decided to contact a law firm to help me get my money. I AM ENTITLED TO MY MONEY AS THEY NEVER PROVIDED ANYTHING THEY SAID THEY WOULD!!! I spoke to Edgar(678-828-2596) and he informed me of my rights as a consumer and that he will open a case for me. I did not have to pay anything to retain his services upfront, which was great and made me feel a little more secure in all this. Everything has gone smooth and Im happy I called him up.

If youre thinking about getting in bed with Power Seller College, Members Learning Source or VIP..DONT!!! Theyll steal your money!!!
