Precise Leads Deceptive sales techniques New York
I contacted them about final expense leads an was told the flow is very strong in my area. Was also told, you should complement them with life insurance leads. It was the final expense leads I truly wanted and the reason I contacted them. I was also told if I get a 'bad' lead, it would either be refunded or credited to my account. After recieving 2 weeks worth of leads, not one final expense lead, whcich suggest to me they do not have any. Must be why I was encouraged to also get life leads.
Turns out the never, ever refund any money as they have a 'no refund' policy. They are in the business of selling very low quality leads to insurance agents, not helping the agents grow their business. Leads would come in at 3:00am. One time I was charged twice for the same lead and when I submitted it for a credit, I was denied. Can you imagine being charged for the very same lead twice? They are also the samer leads available by many lead companies. They just data mine leads and sell poor quality, old leads to fulfill their contract.
I would stay far away from Precise Leads. they are not who they project themselve's as when you sign up. During the initial sign up, I was told not to take time to read the client contract, as it is online all the time. Just sign it and read it later. After you sign, it is too late, they take your money and run.
