I received a $9.99 charge for premium services on one of our cell phone lines. verizon informed me this was a third party charge and advised me how to stop it

when we entered in verizon's information we received a text back saying we are not subscribers interesting !!!

verzion was kind enough to take the charge off the bill

low and behold there is another $9.99 charge for premium services on another line this month.

after we had verizon block premium services on all of our phones called verizon one again and they gave me predictos information and called them while i was on the phone the foreign speaking lady informed us that the service was started and canceled all on the same day.

what a bunch of bull......

they text message cell phones and if you delete it the message or do not respond they automatically charge you. as of now all "subscriptions" are canceled according to the "nice" foreign lady so verizon said i should not see any new charges next month and kindly once again credited my account.

verizon should go after predicto because the eat these charges and do not get refunds from them with so many reports on this company why isn't anyone of importance doing anything to stop them and take them down....

Keep in mind, our toll-free customer service number is also posted on our website as well as included in SMS messages sent to your phone. Please note that a customer enrolls in our service by submitting their cell phone number on the PredictoMobile sign-up page which clearly explains the terms and conditions including price of service and billing to the cell phone. We then send the user a text message to their personal cell phone which again details this information. In order to activate the account, the user must then enter the PIN on our website or reply with a confirmation from their cell phone. The clear disclosures and double opt-in process ensures high levels of consumer protection and satisfaction. In the event that someone wants to cancel the service one can simply text stop to 654654 or call Customer Service and they will assist you.
