Upon ordering a free trial of Acai Berry from Englewood Performance my account I was charged on July 25th, 2008 in the amount of $4.95, in which a 2 week supply "FreeTrial" has not been recieved. This was just a set-up for a bigger and better robbery today, August 4, 2008. After reviewing my bank statment today, I noticed a pending charge in the amount of $74.95 for which I have not authorized. These criminals get your account information with the "Free Trial" bait, in which you pay the shipping and handling charges mentioned above; then they rob your account for more. I have notified my bank in time today to deny payment of the pending $74.95. But of course, my card is no longer "good", and I have the added inconvenience of having to go to a branch, get a temporary card, and wait for my new card to come in the mail. All my legitimate vendors will be denied payment now on that account, and this will cause serious problems and expense. So it's more to it than just catching the bad guys, and protecting your money, it's a great big inconvenience and expense for a lot of people. Why can't the FBI and Law Enforcement zero in on these scams immediately? I wonder if they know about this one? Sincerely, Busta Thief
