By the way, I had six security cameras installed on the exterior of my home, so don't even dream of any "revenge" against my elderly mother, which I'm sure you are capable of, Premiere Bathrooms, Inc.

Re-read my original post people. I stand by what I wrote. Premier Bathrooms refunded only $3,000 after their bate and switch, which they called an "upgrade" and informed me that I'd have a $2,000 credit with their company. After how horribly I was treated who would want a credit for future product? I finally received a refund via Bank Of America Fraud Protection -- NOT from Premier Bathrooms. Whether they had to pay out to Bank Of America is none of my concerne. Avoid this company at all costs.

I am writing on behalf of Premier Care in Bathing (Premier) with regard to this complaint posted on your web-site.
This customer purchased a Premier walk-in-bathtub on February 25, 2008. On February 28, 2008, the Regional Installation Manager for that area contacted the customer and offered to upgrade the size of the unit at no additional cost. Premier made this offer to ensure that the purchased unit was a comfortable fit for the customer and his mother.
Subsequently, the customer verbally cancelled his contract. The cancellation occurred after the three day rescission period had expired. Additionally, prior to the cancellation, the customer requested the bathtub to be installed as quick as possible: due to the fact that his mother was coming home from a recent hospital stayl. Pursuant to the terms of the contract:
You may cancel this transaction, without obligation, within three (3) business days from the date this Agreement was signed. However, you may not cancel if you have requested the seller to provide goods or services with delay because of an emergency.
Despite the tardiness of this customers cancellation and the request from him to expedite the order, Premier refunded the majority of the initial deposit of $4,998.33. Premier incurred expenses in fulfilling its contractual obligation to this customer. Premier has at all times proceeded in a good faith effort to provide out customer with the best possible product for his needs as well as address all of his concerns.
Premier has fulfilled its contractual obligation to this customer.
Sincerely,
