None of the wonderful things you said took place. The crook salesman for premier lied to me to make a sale, stole my money and left. If any of the crooks that work for premier ever show up on my property, they'll be bad results.

I am writing on behalf of Premier Care in Bathing (Premier) with regard to this complaint posted on your web-site.
When a customer contacts Premier, Premier schedules an Independent Sales Consultant to meet with the customer to assist them in choosing a bathing product that suits their individual needs. The sales consultant gathers information from the customer and based on the customer's description of thier needs, limiatations and/or accessibility issues, the sales consultant presents the customer with bathing options from Premier that are best suited for their individual needs.
Once the customer decides on a product and enters into an agreement with Premier for the purchase of their new bathing product, a date is scheduled for its installation.
Prior to installation of the bathing product, the customer is required to enter and exit the bathtub to ensure a comfortable fit and that they are able to enter and exit the bathtub with ease. Upon completion of the installation, the customer is then asked to execute a customer acceptance form indicating that the product is acceptable to them and suitable in every way including its intended usage.
Premier customers have the ability prior to a products installation to refuse a product based on a poor fit or their inability to enter or exit the product. Premier stands by its products and has exemplary customer support.
Premier is cognizant of the special needs of our customers and will continue to meet those needs.
Sincerely,
