      Premier Baths refuse to refund 6,200.00 for non installation of tub. Non installation because of rain. That was not in contract.  This a breach of that contract.  On July 12, 2013 installation of the tub was to occur. This did not happen because it was raining.  If this company can cancel due to rain so can I. 

     On July 15, 2013 I decided to cancel. I asked Susan had she ever hear of not working because of rain she said no.  I spoke to Susan with Premier and she said to fax a letter of cancellation. I did and the next week I called 386-761-1830 and spoke again with Susan who transferred me to Mary who is in finance.

     Mr. Brandon Harrison called Aug.5 and refused to refund the deposit. He tried to con me with discounts even up to 3,000.00 for tiles just to get the work done but can't refund money. I wanted to speak to someone higher he refused. I am planning to write Iain Whyte who is the CEO of Premier Baths.

      The business practices of this company saddens me because seniors are constantly being duped by companies like these that prey on older people just to gain money to build their million dollar business.  I will keep pursuing this until my deposit is returned. I hope you can help me get my money back from this company.

     I do not want any exchanges for other products and will not pay anymore money to get any work done.  This is what they are offering.
