I'm a Wounded Warrior, with combat injuries from Afghanistan and Iraq. When I was told that I would have a Premier tub installed, I thought it was God sent. Little did I know that it would destroy my bathroom.
Upon installation, the installer (contracted by Premier), damaged my floor, leaving my flooring cut open. Over the course of a few months, I realized that the tub was leaking and the water was leaking between my flooring (where the contractor left cut) completely rotting out my subfloor, causing black mold and damaging the ceiling below the bathroom. Additionally, premier only pays for the use of "backer board" for the shower walls, which is not designed to get wet (it is one step up from cardboard). I was nit to,d to keep it drySo, when mine got wet it broke down, cracked and leaked even more water.
I contacted Premier three times, and they ignored me. I finally contacted the BBB, and Premier completely refused to take responsibility, telling me to file against MY homeowners insurance for THEIR negligence. I now sympathize with others here that have complained....premier is a dishonest company and should be ashamed of how they treat their customers, especially disabled veterans like me.
note: I have pictures to email anybody interested

Being a veteran weakens WHO'S case?? Do you even realize this is a public forum and you just dissed all veterans, publicly?? YOUR company, because it's obvious you represent them, used OUR term "veteran" to market their cheap leaky tub. SPECIFICALLY. You narcissistic disrespectful waste let me school you a bit, veterans represented YOUR sissy self so you can have that job 2 years ago, where are you now? What do you have to say for your beloved premier care now, aren't they bankrupt? Carry on sissy la la....

Hey, I'm a disabled vet with the exact same problem, how did you resolve it?

I typically wouldn't respond to a reply like your but, since you feel it necessary to make personal attacks, I feel it necessary.
#1- you are obviously a troll hired by, or working for Premier
#2- you are obviously anti-military and/or anti-veteran. Consider the fact that many Premier bath owners are veterans.....
#3- you are apparently under the false impression that your personal opinion matters to me
#4- I opened my military affiliation to set the stage and demonstrate how Premier treated a veteran and, sometime unfortunately (as in the case of your shill tirade) many have fought, died or otherwise sacrificed for YOUR right to spew such nonsense. I guarantee you that I don't need YOUR sympathy, but from the tone of your post, you probably need mine.
#5- just because the pictures were uploaded when I filed the complaint doesn't mean they were taken that day. I realize that this may be a difficult concept for you to grasp. They were actually taken a few weeks after the installation. However, you stated that the photos were taken months after usage....how do you know? Were you in my bathroom with me? Didn't think so. So, you are saying that my pictures are evident of MONTHS of usage.....so, now it's ok for a 12k plush bath and install to look like this after MONTHS. I'm sure most here would think not.
#6- in regards to cleanliness, I guarantee (as a vet) that is not an issue. If you take the time to examine pictures closer, you will realize that (what appears as "uncleanliness" is actually rust bleed through from hardware under the tub and walls. This hardware.backer board and floor botch issue led to the rust and bleed through.
#7- in regards to "defamation"... You might want to revisit the definition. Google it if necessary. Everything I have presented has been based on FACT, backed by evidence. No conjecture or opinion. Everything has been logged with the South Florida BBB and will soon be relayed to the Florida State Attorney General and federal regulators.
This will be my only last reply to your trolling rebuttals. However, any else interested in a FACTUAL representation of my experience with Premier, feel free to post and I will reply. I also recommend checking out Premier with the BBB....the results will speak loudly. Enough said.

Sorry to say this but all your pics show is MONTHS of use, NOT negligence. YOU needed to take those pics RIGHT AFTER the job was completed NOT months later. All anyone has is YOUR WORD that THEY caused that damage. MONTHS later there is going ot be NO REMEDY for YOUR situation that isnt going to cost YOU money. Also, YOU being a vet has ZERO BEARING on the situation and YOU have used it to ATTEMPT to garner sympathy for YOUR tale. When you start out with THAT TYPE of information YOU weaken your case. YOUR WORD is NOT enough for ppl to believe WITHOUT PROOF!!!! All YOU have done is defame a company and YOU have WILLINGLY done it online. THAT is called defamation!! YOU are under the very same laws that EVERY printed publication MUST follow or get sued. All I see from YOUR pictures is someone who DOES NOT keep thier bathroom clean. PERIOD!! While I live in the desert we also have to deal with mold. BLEACH is an EXCELLENT way to combat a mold issue.
