I bought a walk-in tub from this Co. and I also took pictures off the internet showing which tub I wanted. Seems the salesman showed me the tub I was wanting (Laguna spa series) well YES stupid me! I did not make sure that what he showed me was the tub I wanted.

Seems that yes it is a spa series but it did not have the "Chromatherapy" I wanted and showed him from the picture, I assumed he was selling me the one in the picture. Especially since it cost $20,000.00. And of course I was not able to use my tub as I was having my bathroom added to my house, so they came in and installed it but did not finish the install at that time.

Well last week I had to call the person & co. that installed it and BOY, did I have to go around and around to get this done. I waited a week for this person to call me and he told me that the men working on my bathroom said they would finish the install (bars, showerheads,shower curtain rod). I told him that the salesman told me that the person from the Co. had to do all the install or my Warranty would be no good.

I explained this to the gentleman that and finally got him to come in last Wednesday 7-24-12 and so I got to use my tub yeah!!!!! Stupid me I only took showers as I am still moving things around from the remodeling and I was to tired to to barely do that, then comes the LIGHT! Hey, I can use my tub to relax and then I noticed that there was no way I can do whats in the picture. So I called the Co. and left 2 messages one 7-20-12 and did not receive any call back. Then I called today and had to leave a message again but this time I told them I was going to report them to the BBB,and put them on Angie's List.

And I received a call back in less than 15 minutes. But they of course blamed only me, and I do admit I was to blame too! BUT did the salesman use the pictures to see which one I wanted or was he so excited that he did not have to sell me on the tub I knew I was going to buy it. And let it be said that I was very surprised that my husband paid that much for it.

My husband said he wanted me to use it to start feeling better as this is what is on the advertisement on the internet copy I had. Well I looked at the pictures before I called the Co. today and no where does it say which tub is in the picture of the spa series.

The lady I spoke to worked in Customer Service and she listened and I will admit I was upset but I did not cuss at her or yell but sometimes I talk and do not let them talk and I was $20,000.00 upset and I told her that I needed to talk to someone above her and she said that she would have her manager call me back, well here's hoping he will sometime but I'm sure when and will not hold my breath.

But from all the women told me they are going to blame me, as some of her questions were well, were you there for the install and I told her yes but I did not have to stay and watch them as I thought they did not need to be babysitted and she said I was right but I should have made sure that it had all I wanted but with not being able to use it, I didn't.

Again the only thing I can fall back on is that I am 64 and I had so much going on at the time that I should have made sure that all was there but at the time all I had was a tub with very little in it or on it.I figured that it wasn't finished at the time so----but this is my situation, I do not have the tub with the "Chromatherapy" and I paid $20,000.00 and I feel so taken for and so stupid, so stupid.
