On 11/3/21 I Paid $99.95 to enroll in this program. Enrollment fee was $50 and monthly service fee $49.95. I found this company on internet as medicine I needed was $151 under my insurance plan and this was cheaper. I then decided to use a different medicine so called Lisa at this company on 12/15/21 to cancel my account but this was AFTER I had already ordered a 1 months supply of this medicine. Lisa told me she would cancel my account but I would still receive first months medicine since I had already paid $49.95 service fee. I never received the medicine.
I called again on 12/30/21 and was very rudely told by someone to order medicine myself from Bausch&Lom which I then did. When I spoke to representative at Bausch&Lom she said I had been approved through their direct program at no cost to me and that she had never heard of Prescription Assistance. She advised I had been ripped off and to notify the proper authorities. Bausch&Lom then sent me the medicine directly.
Again on 12/30/21 I called Prescription Assistance and spoke with Stephanie. She was extremely rude, arrogant and would not let me speak. She said they had completed their contract which they did not. I explained to her I paid $49.95 for first months service to order medicine and they didnt do that. She then hung up on me. Same date, I sent certified return receipt requested letter to company requsting refund. Never got it. Am being ignored. I want my $49.95 back.
