well sound to me like the warranty did their part now i know from working on cars for 12years that they didnt just pay you 62$ for the parts only that sounds far fetched so lets not stretched the truth you were taken care but not in timely fashion that you wanted to and as well why did it take you so long to file a complain....

Prestige and the extended car company they refer you to are indeed ripoffs. I took them(prestige) to court and won. They had no proof of how they came to the amount of the refund they were trying to send me. No proof of how much the premium actually was. Lied and said how once everything goes through they dont deal with you, but sent a letter stating we are the middle man. Take them to court along with all of your paperwork.
