Strongly recommend you stay away from this company. They offer great rates; however they are all misleading and never tell you the entire truth.

It all starts with great service, answering all your calls and questions always available to take your call or answer your emails. As soon as you give them the deposit everything changes! Now no answer and email is delayed by days. Next a truck driver contacts you for the pick-up a 2 day window is provided for them to arrive; again misleading! Showed up 3 days after agreed date!!

After finishing packing he left and then PriceBreak Shipping adjusted their quoted price by 3x! Outrageous Packaging and palletizing rates! this was never mentioned on original quote! goes to prove that all the information shared at the beginning of the sales call is completely misleading.

By this time they have all of your things and they do not hesitate to hold them hostage!! The superior customer service advertised becomes a ransom call, extremely rude and not helpful at all bottom line is you have to pay or you will never see your things again!

In my particular case I am moving internationally and once my things reached the border again things changed PriceBreak Shipping released all ownership of my things and I had to take all the tasks personally as they offered no help to get anything resolved. Things like the pallets not being treated for international travel, paperwork to get things out of the country and into the other one I personally had to take care of all these things. This is not the superior customer service that I expect!

From what I gather PriceBreak Shipping sub-contracts everything for the move; they do not own anything. Once your possessions are under their control they will hold them Hostage until you pay or you will not know where they are once funds are transferred it becomes your problem and there is no Help or customer service what so ever.

Again I strongly recommend you walk awayto avoid falling in their trap and look for another company. You will avoid really stressful situations and dealing with misleading information that at the end will only hurt you financially.
