Kudos to the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point they were willing to make up for Priceline's mistake and let us spend our days at the correct hotel..
We were supposed to be booked into this hotel, but the reservation person put us into the wrong Hyatt which has a similar name Coconut Point ..There are three Hyatt Hotels in the same area , two of which have very similar names...I was told by Hyatt that this happens all the time...Hyatt was willing to make the change to the correct hotel without a problem all they need was a phone call to the correct person, which Priceline refused to do...Selene and Steven were very difficult to deal with and just completely refused to help make this a very simple ending to a Priceline mistake...All they would say is "that is not an option"...Like trained robots, not people willing to help...NJ Law allows you out of a any contract within a three day period but who needs the hassle of litigation, all they needed to do was make one phone call.....This was typical bait and switch..
I guess the customer doesn't come first with Priceline...Your customer service sucks as far as I'm concerned and I will spread the word on as many sites that I can find...
Very disgusted customer...
