I placed an order on line at Primapharmacy.com on Feb. 19, 2007, my credit card was charged on Feb. 20th. I never received the confirmation email as promises or my order for that matter. When I checked my order on line 2 days later it stated that my order was approved and a UPS tracking number was assigned. After several days and many emails to primapharmacy.com I did get a response saying their software was down and my order would be shipped in 5 business days. I've called the number that appeared on my credit card statement many times. Once in a while someone will actually answer, they always so they are upgrading their system and they will call me the following day to cancel my order and refund my money but of course never call back. Now the website is unavailable and they don't answer the phone. I've contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute but I did authorize the charges so it doesn't look good for getting my money back.

What a scam. I've place orders online all the time this is the first time I've ever been ripped off!

My friend placed an order with this company before me and got her order within 4 days! I don't get it.
