Beware of Mr. Thad Michael Sipple! This person hired 200+ virtual workers (in the Philippines) to generate leads for his telemarketing needs but only paid the first few months (not to mention his payments are delayed) and will backstab you whenever he has the chance.

This person hired my wife and 8 others to start then eventually asked for more agents as the days go by... At first he made payments so he can convince us that he's legit. After a month, knowing that his payments are delayed, and that we need to send salary to our recruited virtual workers, me and my wife decided to use our own money to send salary, but only to our disappointment, his promises weren't meant.

This person still owes us $10,540.43 since May 2015 to June 2015. His total (overall) invoice was $26,230.33 and only paid (total overall) $15,689.90. He even made an audio recording, apologizing to our friends of virtual workers.

He no longer communicates with us (me and my wife) but communicates to our friends of virtual workers telling them half-truth. He's been manipulating them and claims that he has been paying weekly and on-time. That's partly true because he does pay (sometimes, $500 but most of the time it's just $250 as his excuse is: "bank limits") but it's already delayed and lacking (not complete) that's why we've used up all of our resources to cover for him only to realize that he doesn't have any plans of paying at all after over a month of begging for payments!

Now, we get to be blamed (with grave threats and cursing) leaving us no choice but to flee. In other words, he not only destroyed hundreds of hopeful virtual workers but my family as well.  We now live in fear for our lives because he brainwashed our friends of virtual workers that he paid and we did not.

I don’t have any expectations for this. I will not expect anything regarding our salary as long as that LOSER COUPLE will arrest as soon as possible. They have many people who are victims of the couple not just only the agents of the virtual hub company but also the outsiders from Cebu City and Dumaguete City. I hope that this report can help us justice for almost 200+ agents who is currently scammed last May-June 2015. I know that the money is just too small amount even the $10,000 USD divided into 20 agents but it is a big help for everybody specially to buy our basic needs. I'am still hoping that mae and raul would give up soon and give back our sleepless salary to us. And regarding the issue of Mr. Sipple that is not true because I know he is a good and responsible client to us.

 I am one of the agents hired by the Caparida couple. I work for about 2 months and half but only paid half of the salary for the first pay.I actually believe with the couple's alibis like bank clearing,delayed payment from the client and they even made heir children part of the reason why they can't pay us on time.I just can't imagine parents making stories about their child being sick for a month just to give alibi so that they can't send the salary.Now we always believe that whatever wrong doings will always be exposed and alas !we learned that the client send them already a huge amountvof money.Now THIS IS FOR THE CAPARIDA'S COUPLE WHERE IS THAT MONEY NOW?LET 'S JUST SAY THAT THE CLIENT STILL HAVE A BALANCE TO BE PAID BUT DO YOU THINK IT WOULD BE ENOUGH TO PAY THE 200 AGENTS THAT YOU HIRED. Thad M Sipple, how's business? You happy now? You happy now because all the agents praised you for not paying more than $10,000 ---- which you still owe all of us? We have done so much research about you and have kept in touch with people who had been dealing business with you and well, we won't be wondering how a scammer you are. Using someone else's money and making me and my husband suffer? Good job! I am so proud of you. We are so proud of you. Keep it up! Maybe, you'll be changing your business name again because there's another complaint being filed against your company now. Savant Insurance Solutions to Primatech Marketing LLC, next, what? What would be your new company name and still not BBB registered. You have made everyone believe that you pay on time and you have paid a huge amount when in fact you still owe half million pesos to all of us. And majority of them thought you're paying us a huge hourly pay when it even went down to $1.50 per hour. And majority of them thought that you're also paying us per LEAD when in fact, you really don't.They have been thinking that I have become so rich because of your nonvoice campaign when I just wanted to at least help them and provide them jobs. Now, I am letting this out and being transparent here because we noticed that when I sent you an email about this report being filed against your 2nd GOOD EMPLOYER company known as Primatech Marketing LLC, you suddenly sent a skype message to one of the employees saying that if most of them will mention on that I or we are the problem then you'll send them money. Wow! Your lines. Send money, when? Staggard basis? Like what you did and said to us????? It won't be a huge amount but it will be something to get by? So you told us to also pay all more than 200 agents some small amount? Aren't you even considering that we have family to feed, electricity and internet connection monthly bills to pay? SMALL AMOUNT as salary for the more than 200 agents? Are you even okay MR THAD M SIPPLE? Why don't you stop hiding, and just pay all the agents. This whole chaos will stop if you just pay what you still ALL OF THEM. 

 
I will gather all the links of those people complaining about you too to make it fair and be able to show it to the world. I know you'll never be affected with a threat because you won't be suffering with any consequence/s, and you're there, not here in the Philippines, but we will gather up all those links with those people complaining about you ---- especially those paid members whom you've never really sent any leads because you're keeping all their money and not giving them what they paid for. 

The good side of this: IS WE STOPPED WORKING FOR YOU --- because if we never did, we will end up working and working with you promising to pay with so much delays and won't even be paid in full in a week basis.
 
You can always pay other agents working for you in full because you don't owe them such a huge amount like how much you owe our team ---- you owe us more than $10,000 and you don't like to admit that simply because YOU DON'T WANT TO PAY but rather just reply to skype messages and still make everyone believe that you've sent full payment when you haven't. WAKE UP, Thad M Sipple!

I dont know about the others as to when they got paid but i would say both parties need to communicate.if only Thad M Sipple would just communicate with the one who first started this Campaign in the Philippines, everyone would at least have peace of mind. We were paid for 2 cut-offs. In full amount of the hours that we worked for. Mae Caparida and her husband as i know didnt even follow the total hours show on the dialer's records so that we will be paid a higher pay although Thad M Sipple strictly follows what is being recorded as total hours on admin access on the dialer hours logged. I know this because we saw how little our total hours were when in fact we worked more than the total hours on the record. There were a few not paid perhaps but most of us were paid even earlier than payout date, twice. Thad M Sipple never really paid Mae and his husband on time. Although before this campaign started, they agreed that Thad M Sipple will send payment every Monday however that was not done since the first payment he sent to the couple. We started working April 6 and he sent just initial payment on April 19, 2015 which even if you'll double check the calendar, that's way behind his promised date of weekly payout so the couple could still gather the amount and pay the first team of virtual workers. Yet the couple just trusted him.Waited for his promised dates to send it staggard basis because according to the Client, he has bank limits. Until, we know that sometimes, the client would just send an amount from $150-250 and it's not even everyday. And from what I understood, the Client even told Mae to just pay the agents some small amount because Thad Sipple cant send all the total amount in a weekly basis. The couple then started to question the Client when one time, Mae wanted to let the agents stop working for a few days and Thad Sipple that if the whole team won't work, he wont be able to send any money to pay us. I also saw this via skype. The Client really told the couple this which made the couple worry and had a bad feeling of Thad Sipple yet they didnt complain because they really thought Thad Sipple would keep his promise of paying everyday which never happened anymore that was sometime on May. That was also when issues started to come up.

We don't blame agents to put the one handling this Campaign to ever put her or them down, that is understood. The concern now is, I guess, Thad M Sipple, do your part. Resolve this issue the soonest time. If you aren't guilty of the accusations, why don't you communicate with the couple and just admit your mistake too of sending delayed payments instead of prolonging this issue. Perhaps, Mae Caparida as what they said had done mistakes in the past but this doesn't mean that she has to suffer the consequence of what you did, because you never really paid on time. Thad M Sipple, being a Client, you weren't responsible enough to send the payment every Monday as you promised yet the couple were too patient to wait for you to send payment even if you asked for some delay considerations due to bank limits. Right now, you better pay the agents because that is what's needed to be solved. You've always been so good on saying that "you cannot send a huge amount but if you send some amount, it will be something that can help" then do it, for those agents who worked for you. Don't keep on blaming Mae and Raul because you never paid them on time, given that they did their part too while Managing your Campaign. They invested on a home-office with a reliable internet speed, with computers used by agents and Team Managers and they had a huge electricity bill to cover while they were doing your Campaign aside from those working from home agents. I understand why they are being blamed by the agents because rumors had been coming out that they have bought a land or house and lot and a white brandnew car when there's really no truth to all those hearsay. False accusations had been spread because of your delay of sending payment. 

Yes, you are a good employer for others so make that happen. Don't hide from this agents because they need their salary. You still owe them more than $10,000. Why don't you admit that? Why do you keep on saying that you've sent over $16,000? What about the total amount of unpaid balance that you haven't really paid in full. In every week's invoice, you never really fully paid them. Enough of telling everyone that you paid on time because you never did. And this is not the first complain we have searched and heard about you Mr Thad Sipple. You have pending cases if we try to search on Google. Previous years would involve your previous company which isn't registered on BBB known as Savant Solutions now known as Primatech Marketing LLC and still isn't registered. Also, Insurance Brokers and agents have confirmed on forums that you have a paid membership on your website wherein you are selling Med Supp, Final Expense and Jane leads and those agents who had been paid members haven't been given their leads yet, which they have already PAID. 

You are not a God. You are an employer who needs to pay hundreds of people so to Mae and Raul, they are not after any money from you anymore. They are working on their own and I am also working for a Campaign that they had been running for 3 months now but their had been no pay issues, and we are paid on time, following a cut-off but on time and even early with no issues at all. If only you paid on time and paid the whole week with no balances for Mae and Raul to shoulder, it wouldn't have reached this kind of chaos and everything would have been smooth sailing.

Thad M Sipple, it's best for you to better pay those agents. Even if you won't include Mae and Raul. Clear your name and pay what you still owe them which is more than $10,000 total. I know this isn't just about Mae and Raul's fault because if you really paid them, this won't happen. You also have your share of mistake by not paying the balance you still owe the agents.

I am also one of the agent under the management of Mae and Raul Caparida, i am also a victim in this issue. Thad Sipple sent almost 16,000 USD to our manager but something wrong with our manager. She did not pay our salary to the agent and she always make a reason that the client also known as Thad Sipple is not sending the amount and she's always delaying the pay to the agents.

.After that time some agents contacted the client and he sent all the proof that he already sent the money to our manager account. Though he sent some payment delay but he sent payment for the month of May many times and if you total all of it , it was almost 16,000USD. We as an employee waiting for how many weeks but nothing happen. The question is where is the 16,000 USD that Thad sent to them? I believed that Thad is paying because I myself saw the proof that thad sent the money to our manager(Mae and Raul Caparida!

I was been referred by a friend to work for a non voice account which i known to be under Thad Sipple’s company. For the first month of my work under our employer who happens to be the one that file this Ripoff report against Thad always promised us that we will be compensated for the first cut off which is every 15 days.

The first cut off she said that it will be delayed because of the bank clearing,usually happens for paypal transfer to  bank, and she told us that she already got the payment from Thad. But then so she moved it again for another 10 days..And then days before the said date that she moved the paying date, she moved it again on or before the end of June 2015, she always told us that Thad didn’t pay yet but she told us before that she already got the payment for the month of May. 

We ask her where’s the amount that she told us before, but unfortunately she has  lot of alibis until she can’t be nowhere to be seen and hard to communicate with. So we tried to communicate with Thad Sipple after we can’t get a clear answer from our employer, and Thad show us all the payment he made between our employer and her husband. Hundreds of agents until now didn’t get even a single cent from them.

We posted about this on the social media and not only 10 people reacted that our employer had a bad track record. So now we only want to clarify that Thad Sipple isn’t the one to be called a scammer.

I worked also for thad for a few months, the job stopped because of the issue that the job manager is not paying us well. Thad sent a money almost 16 000 USD and was received by our manager.

The thought that we had high respect for this person, is the main reason why we prolonged our wait and extended our patience and understanding (as he said that someone stole $10k from him by charging him back with his Credit Card) for over a month and was still hopeful that he'd settle this unpaid balance like a professional.

You may have different experience with him and we also have ours.

As per your statement, you have been working for Thad Sipple for 4 years now and you have been paid "in a normal way in my account"... Well, NEWSFLASH! PrimaTechMarketing, LLC is not 4 years old: http://businessprofiles.com/details/primatech-marketing-llc/US-NV-20131660272 and the website was created on: December 9, 2013 via GoDaddy. Mr. Thad Sipple has an open case: http://www.carolinasclassaction.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/Fitzhenry-v.-Indep.-Order-of-Foresters-Complaint.pdf so his operation is illegal (well, I just knew that after all this).

Also, this guy doesn't do bank transfer because as per him, it'll cost him a lot of money on fees. He does remittance (via RemitLy or WesternUnion) most of the time and sometimes, PayPal.

So... 4 years huh?

Let's be mature and be reasonable... I know you have personal grudge with my wife (yes, I know who you are) but we're doing this so those agents that needs this money, gets paid. We're not doing this for us, nor you. We're doing this for the welfare of many. We can take care of our own.

My friend referred me to work here in Virtual hub Company. The work was so amazing and relaxing as well. I have been working for almost a month that I haven’t received my salary yet. So, I asked our CEO/Manager when was our salary for the batch 5&6. 3 times I asked her about the salary but she has no reply. I’m just being silent about that. I don’t have any concerns or let’s just say negative comment about the work. I really like the work but you can encounter the sleepless night because the work starts at 8:00 pm to 7:00 am in the morning US time.

Suddenly, the issues came out that she didn’t paid yet the remaining balance of the previous agents. So everyone is doing actions like reporting to DOLE, NBI and soon to the MEDIA. We’re asking and looking for justice for those scammed agents who are victims by our CEO. Whenever we asked her  about the salary she always doing stupid alibis and dramas like due to bank clearing, the client is not sending the remaining balance, the payout will moved again in 5-10days, my son is not feeling well we need to send him to the hospital and etc. She’s doing like that not just once but many times. Until such time, we posted their photos with matching title COUPLE SCAMMER of one of the known groups in facebook at dumaguete and Cebu city. Many people reacted about the post some say’s that he/she knows we’re the couple located. And the other say’s they duped lot of people in Cebu City and Dumaguete City the place where neither the couple staying right now nor either the two places. Until now we’re still hoping that we can get our salary and still making ways to find them to blame their why they have deceived us.

 I asked one of our TM (team Leader) about, who is the client of this company? I have no idea that Thad Sipple is our client. And now I know that Thad Sipple is the client of Virtual Hub Company. The companies that almost 300+ agents are scammed not including those agents are still on training. I wrote this report to help him clarify his name that he is a trusted and good client to us. He is paying the exact amount but as what I have said we haven’t received any amount because our CEO is the one holding the money which is supposed to be our salary for the first cut-off for the month of May. Even the pioneering agents they haven’t received their payouts yet.

And like what I said, he did paid us at first then there's excuses after excuses and then there's the backstabbing where he turned our virtual workers against us when all we ever wanted is to help.  I just hope you're not one of the brainwashed agents that praises Thad Sipple like their "God".

Again, all we ever wanted is just to settle this problem once and for all.

I've been working with Thad Sipple for couple of months. I don't believe this report is true against him. My experienced working with his company was so cool. Even if I work for 9 hours for my 1st week, Thad gave me the quotation on my earnings and send my payment including every cents. I even paid more than I expect because he pays additional if you work hard and provide quality leads. I even referred some agents and my other agents referred others too. There were delayed of payments but it only takes for days. We are still hoping that Thad Sipple and his company will will get back the campaign cause it really helps a lot of unemployed here in Philippines. I salute you Sir Thad.

I don't believe this statement. Justice must serve to inoccent people and help those people who need work. This is a blackmail and a scam.

Hi I was working for a company for 4 years and have been paid in the normal way into my account .I have known Thad for years as my employer and I can confirm that he is a man of great integrity, is extremely dedicated to his family and work, and is entirely peace-loving.
