Prime Financial Capital Biz Access Capital THEY NEVER PAID ME FOR MY SALARY AND COMMISSION, SENT ME CHECKS THAT BOUNCED Georgia
iI was hired ion Oct. 15th and have signed contract from them. Was contracted to be paid an hourly salary plus commisions.
My first check was from ADP ,check # 50089 under the company name dated 11/7/17 and was declided as ISF. They said it was a mixup and after a week or so they dis an ACH to make it good.
THen the sent me anpther ACH that was goodwas good but since then they have sent me two bogus checks,one frpr$960 ,check # 64 from BWA Capital Chicago,Il and the other fot $1143 ,check also 64 from BAW Capital Chicago,Il that were also ISF.
I have stayed in touch with Stephen Royce. I have a complete record of everythging that has happened and can aand will do anything to bring them to justice
