pro-activ solution refund processing over 6 months Internet
I ordered Pro-activ solution last spring. The company promises a 60 day money-back guarantee, so I felt better about ordering the product.
I experienced a massive allergic reaction to the product. I followed all the instructions in sending back the product with in the 60 days. I have now been waiting since the end of June for my refund.
I began corresponding with the company in October. The only response I get from the customer service department is that "you should receive a refund in 2-4 weeks". It has now been over 28 weeks...
Extremely dissatisfied with their customer service.
