This company will not quote you an exact price. Phone prices are no where near what inflated final cost is. Tech no matter how many times you ask is only telling you what the cost of the locks are. Inflated labor cost is Never mentioned but added to your bill. The company advises you they can only tell you the cost of a lock when you ask for a quote, he fails to add "labor" is additional cost. I advised the Tech I only had $200 to spend, the cost of the locks he quoted when I asked how much, was approx 200 so I said great Ok to do the work, he Never stated 200 but additional labor charge and billed my card $430 which included a $39.00 service call and $170 for labor. The tech told me at least ten times he couldn't tell me the exact total bill but let me add up what turned out to be the cost of the locks only approx $200. This company does not list a address on their receipt or in the phone book they use 1800-776-5397 on their receipt and 708-496-1333 in the yellow page ad. There is no logo on the plain white van the driver arrives in. Beware of the hidden cost. Do not sign the receipt before the work is completed as I stupidly did...You will be ripped off.
