Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Well, The guy I had First talked to seemed like a nice fella, and i think he honestly believed what he was telling me. I have done this kind of advertising with other companies, and it actually worked great. What they do is sell ad spots on folders that realtors hand out. I am a home inspector and all of my business comes from establishing good relationships with realtors and this is usually a great foot in the door. At first i was promised to be the Exclusive home inspector and it was even written on my contract. When i saw the digital proof of the folder it seemed that i was one of 7. It gets worse, i asked for my money back becasue the terms written  on my contract were not met. i left message after message after message and no one would call or e-mail me back. The owner of the company Paul Bottlong? i think he said his name was (probally a fake name) called me and asked if i wanted to b e in a different folder and in shock i said hell no, and actually i still want my money back, he sent me out a new reservation form and charged me not once, but twice more. no i am trying to get over $1000 dollars back and no one will return my calls. Besides the fact it has been almost a year and the original folder has still not even been delivered to the real estate office.  DONT EVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, AS THEY ARE CROOKS

Response From Production Media Company

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Below is an email sent by Production Media Company to the Home Inspector that made these false accusations.

Mr. Guthrie,

Production Media Company has terminated our contracts with you and is issuing a full refund.  We no longer have your card information, so we are mailing a check out to you in the amount of $1,465.00

The address we have on file is: 809 High Ave., South Renton, WA 98057.   It will be going out tomorrow so let us know right away if this address is incorrect.

The termination of your contracts is due to your recent post made on Ripoff Report: http://www.ripoffreport.com/production-media-com/questionable-activities/internet-internet-3205a.htm

Below are your accusations followed by the facts:

YOU: At first I was promised to be the Exclusive home inspector and it was even written on my contract. When I saw the digital proof of the folder it seemed that I was one of 7.
FACT: You purchased advertising in three offices: Keller Williams in Kirkland, Realty Executives in Issaquah and Realty Executives in Bellevue.  On your contract for Keller Williams in Kirkland, it does not list Exclusive Home Inspector, nor does it list you as an Exclusive Home Inspector for Realty Executive in Issaquah.  However, your contract for the Bellevue office does list you as the Exclusive Home Inspector, and you are.  There are no other home inspectors on the Bellevue folders.  You reported that it seemed like you were 1 of 7, which is false.  On the Issaquah office you are 1 of 2 home inspectors; however, your contract for the office does not list you as exclusive.

YOU: Claim that you have left message after message with us and we have not returned your calls.
FACT: Customer Service has one record of a complaint call from you; however, the notes reflect that you were comped a free upgrade to a double for your ad in the Bellevue office and the issue had been closed out.

YOU: Claim you have asked for your money back.
FACT: All requests for refunds go through Customer Service then are filtered through the owner..me.  No request of this sort has even been received from you or your company.

YOU: Claim that we charged your card twice more.
FACT: We have three charges on file for you, for the above three offices.

YOU: Claim that it has been almost a year since your purchase and the original folders have not been delivered to the office.
FACT: Your first purchase was on 9/5/12.  The folders were delivered to the office on 2/6/13; however, the Broker was not happy with the way their logo turned out so we are in the process of re-printing them.  Production Media wants to make sure that the offices are happy with the product so the folders are circulated and our sponsors (you)  are getting what they paid for.  Your other two purchases were made on 11/28/12 and 1/8/13, certainly not almost a year ago.

Production Media Company has plenty of clients that are benefiting from advertising with us.  Please call for a list of satisfied clients that are happy to serve as a referral for us.
