My story is the same as all the others.  I agreed to the $1.97 info on Google Adsense.  NOWHERE during the sign up does it tell you that you are signing up for a trial period.  If it did I would hav closed out immediately.  It also does not disclose that you will be charged $79.90/month for their ongoing so-called services.  The confirmation email does say that monthly service fees will be billed after the 7 day trial period but it still does not disclose the amount you will be charged.  Because of the billing cycle on my credit card, by the time I received my statement, I had been charged for 2 months!!!!  I called 800 # on my CC statement and talked to a very obstinate "customer service" representative.  He did agree to credit my account for the coming month and cancel the account.  It just dawned on me that he did not give me any type of confirmation #.  It sickens me to call these theives back but now I guess I must.

There should be a class action suit against these con-artist.

Today I called back because the guy I talked to on Monday did not give me a confirmation #.  The first person I talked too said my account was still active and there was no record that I called on Monday!!!!  Wy does that not suprise me?  After a long conversation I asked to speak with a supervisor.  She assured me that there are no supervisors.  I told her that eveyone answers to someone.  She hung up on me.  I called back and spoke with Dezza.  I tried toexplain to her that the service is canceled and I should be refunded for the coming month.  She said,  "I will reactivate the account so that youget something for your money."  I said, "No you will not." She repeatedly told me that the supervisor was unavailable and kept me on hold for 15 min before disconnecting the call.  I called again and spoke with Kenneth.  He supposedly kept going back and forth to a supervisor who said nothing more than, "Too bad, You agreed to the Terms and conditions."  After great debate and mentioning ripoffreport.com and the attorney general I was told that I would get a refund for one month.

If it's not on my card in one week, I'm calling Kenneth back.

This call center is in the Phillipines.  The three I s/w today had trouble with the English languague.  They could not even tell me the ul for the website that I would have used to sign up for this scam.  I do know that the website does not mention that it is a trial offer.  If it had I would have NEVER signed up for it.  The trial is only mentioned in the confirmation email.

I do plan to right the attorney general.  If anyone can post a link to the "sign - up" website, I'd appreciate it.
