Property Management Pros LLC Charged for repairs that were not necessary meridian Idaho
Fraudulently billed me for repairs/cleaning that was not necessary. In the tune of almost 3000. The house was spotless when I left. He will not do a walk through with you and then fabricat items to bill you. The company that he says repairs and cleans is listed on the bill as being at an address in Meridian. When you do a little searching it is actually in his office. He will not discuss anything on the bill with you...his only statement is sue me. Look him up on BBB of Idaho. He has lots of complaints with lots of people. Does the same thing over and over. He needs to be put out of business. While you rent he will not respond to repair requests and will become very agitated if you call him over on the same issues. When I moved I advertised the house and got it rented within days of us leaving. He promised to pro-rate the bill but of course he didnt. He kept the entire deposit,the rent and billed me almost 600. I am not really interested in recovering anything from him I just want to make people aware of his practices. He will pretend to be someone else on the phone. I am trying to contact others that have had the same problem. I have filled a complaint with the BBB and State Attorney General. Again I dont expect to collect anything from him. I want to collect as much evidence as I can to get this guy shut down. He expects people to just role over and pay him, maybe we can stop him. Please read all reviews before doing business with this man.
