ProSource Wireless Very slow or no refunds Boca Raton, Florida
Prosource Wireless was without a website for a couple of weeks and changed their phone number, so you know what that means! They had to change over to a phone number to get more people to buy! When I got through, I politely told them that I did not get a refund for my netbook and I had a confirmed delvery for the product over 2 weeks ago. They said they did not know why it didn't go through yet, that they would put a trace on it and a follow-up email.
I never got the email, but when I called my credit card company, they told me it had received a credit the same day I had called to complain. That's fine that I got a refund, but it was short by $57.22. When I called to let them know, they said it was a restocking fee and that I am not entitled to a refund of the upgrades I had requested.
I said it I was not aware of that policy, and they told me it was a mistake that they sent me a refund because it was an "Open Box" item and shouldn't have gotten a refund at all! They said they woud try to get me a "few more dollars." After I get the few dollars, I will dispute the other part of the refund with my credit card company; but, I'm happy I got back a portion of my cost! Other people probably lost everything with their No Refund policy unbeknowst to them. This company should be shut down!!
