I had ordered a replacement rim for my vehicle since I had one bent. The rim was a RSL Akunin. Their website showed that they carried the rim, so I called and asked if they had one in stock. They told me yes, that it was in stock and they would ship it out to me as soon as I ordered it. I placed the order with my credit card. I should have received it within a week. The rim cost 160.00.

After two weeks went by and never receiving it, I called and asked them what happened. They told me that the rim was damaged in shiping and they would send out another one that I should get within 1 week. I gave them the benifit of the doubt and waited another week and nothing came.

I called again and they td me that the rim was soppose to be drop shipped from the manufacturer but they had a 6 week back order. I told them that I wanted a refund, so they told me they would refund the money back to the credit card.

Day after day, I checked online to see if the refund was recieved online and nothing ever got refunded. So I called again and they told me I should have had it by now, I called the bank to verify if i got it back or not and they told me no.

So I called prostreetonline again and they told me they they would do it again. Another week has gone by with nothing refunded. I have been calling off and on for the refund which has not been and problably never will be refunded. Very bad business. I will never buy another item from them again and have told everyone I could to avoid them.

I am an employee of Pro Street Online, a division of Pro Street Motorsports. Through some careful searching, I was able to find your original purchase sir, which happened to be on 4/20/04. We informed you on 7/19/04 that we wouldnt be able to fulfill your order and you told us you would like to cancel. We refunded you 7/21/04. You posted this complaint on this website on 10/04/ We have complete transactions, as well as transaction id's of this record, and can provide them at anyones request. Please remove your incorrect posting, as your actions can be considered slander. Thank you.
